Inviting Team Members

Inviting Team Members

Collaborate with your team on AI visibility tracking by inviting members to your Beacon workspace.

Inviting Members

  1. Go to **Settings** > **Team**
  2. Click **"Invite Member"**
  3. Enter their email address
  4. Select their role
  5. Click **"Send Invitation"**

User Roles

Admin

Full access to all features including:

  • Billing and subscription management
  • Team member management
  • All brands and settings

Editor

Can manage brands and view all data:

  • Add and configure brands
  • View all reports and analytics
  • Cannot manage billing or team

Viewer

Read-only access:

  • View dashboards and reports
  • Receive alerts and notifications
  • Cannot modify settings

Managing Permissions

Changing Roles

  1. Go to **Settings** > **Team**
  2. Click the member's role dropdown
  3. Select the new role

Removing Members

  1. Go to **Settings** > **Team**
  2. Click the **"..."** menu next to the member
  3. Select **"Remove from team"**

Single Sign-On (SSO)

Enterprise plans include SSO support for:

  • Google Workspace
  • Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
  • Okta
  • Custom SAML providers
