Inviting Team Members
Collaborate with your team on AI visibility tracking by inviting members to your Beacon workspace.
Inviting Members
- Go to **Settings** > **Team**
- Click **"Invite Member"**
- Enter their email address
- Select their role
- Click **"Send Invitation"**
User Roles
Admin
Full access to all features including:
- Billing and subscription management
- Team member management
- All brands and settings
Editor
Can manage brands and view all data:
- Add and configure brands
- View all reports and analytics
- Cannot manage billing or team
Viewer
Read-only access:
- View dashboards and reports
- Receive alerts and notifications
- Cannot modify settings
Managing Permissions
Changing Roles
- Go to **Settings** > **Team**
- Click the member's role dropdown
- Select the new role
Removing Members
- Go to **Settings** > **Team**
- Click the **"..."** menu next to the member
- Select **"Remove from team"**
Single Sign-On (SSO)
Enterprise plans include SSO support for:
