Quick Start Guide
Welcome to Beacon! This guide will help you get up and running in under 5 minutes.
Step 1: Create Your Account
Sign up at [app.hellobeacon.ai](https://app.hellobeacon.ai) using your email or Google account. No credit card required for the free tier.
Step 2: Add Your First Brand
- Click **"Add Brand"** from your dashboard
- Enter your brand name and primary domain
- Add any alternate domains or subdomains you want to track
Step 3: Configure Tracking
Beacon automatically starts tracking your AI visibility across:
- ChatGPT
- Perplexity
- Claude
- Google AI Overviews
- Microsoft Copilot
Step 4: View Your GEO Score
Within minutes, you'll see your initial GEO Score—a 0-100 metric measuring your brand's visibility in AI search engines.
Step 5: Set Up Alerts
Configure alerts to get notified when:
- Your GEO Score changes significantly
- Competitors gain or lose visibility
- You're mentioned in new AI contexts
