Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. After this period, fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

GEO Scores and recommendations are provided for informational purposes and should not be considered guarantees of performance in AI search results.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BEACON SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beacon and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
