Manage your organization's Beacon team.

Team Overview

Access team settings at **Settings** > **Team**.

Team Dashboard

  • Member count
  • Active users
  • Role distribution
  • Recent activity

Member Management

Inviting Members

  1. Click **"Invite Member"**
  2. Enter email address
  3. Select role
  4. Add to specific brands (optional)
  5. Send invitation

Bulk Invites

Upload a CSV with:

  • Email
  • Role
  • Brands (optional)

Pending Invitations

View and manage pending invites:

  • Resend invitation
  • Cancel invitation
  • Change role before acceptance

Role Management

Default Roles

RolePermissions

Custom Roles (Enterprise)

Create custom roles with specific permissions:

  • Brand-level access
  • Feature-level access
  • Report-only access

Brand Access

Per-Brand Permissions

Limit members to specific brands:

  1. Select member
  2. Click **"Brand Access"**
  3. Select allowed brands
  4. Save changes

Access Levels

  • Full access
  • View only
  • No access

Activity Log

Team Activity

View all team actions:

  • Member changes
  • Brand modifications
  • Setting updates

Filtering

Filter by:

  • Member
  • Action type
  • Date range

Export

Export activity log as CSV.
