Managing Your Subscription
Upgrading
- Go to **Settings** > **Billing**
- Click **"Upgrade"**
- Select your new plan
- Confirm payment
Upgrades are prorated.
Downgrading
- Go to **Settings** > **Billing**
- Click **"Change Plan"**
- Select your new plan
- Confirm at end of billing period
Canceling
- Go to **Settings** > **Billing**
- Click **"Cancel Subscription"**
- Select reason (optional)
- Confirm cancellation
Access continues until period end.

- Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
- ACH bank transfer (US only)
- Wire transfer (Enterprise)
Updating Payment
- Go to **Settings** > **Billing**
- Click **"Payment Methods"**
- Add or update your card
- Set as default

Viewing Invoices
All invoices are available in **Settings** > **Billing** > **Invoices**.

Download Options
- CSV
Tax Information
Adding Tax ID
- Go to **Settings** > **Billing**
- Click **"Tax Information"**
- Enter your VAT/GST/Tax ID
- Save
Tax Exemption
Contact support with exemption certificate.
