Manage your Beacon subscription and billing.

Managing Your Subscription

Upgrading

  1. Go to **Settings** > **Billing**
  2. Click **"Upgrade"**
  3. Select your new plan
  4. Confirm payment

Upgrades are prorated.

Downgrading

  1. Go to **Settings** > **Billing**
  2. Click **"Change Plan"**
  3. Select your new plan
  4. Confirm at end of billing period

Canceling

  1. Go to **Settings** > **Billing**
  2. Click **"Cancel Subscription"**
  3. Select reason (optional)
  4. Confirm cancellation

Access continues until period end.

Payment Methods

Accepted Methods

  • Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
  • ACH bank transfer (US only)
  • Wire transfer (Enterprise)

Updating Payment

  1. Go to **Settings** > **Billing**
  2. Click **"Payment Methods"**
  3. Add or update your card
  4. Set as default

Invoices

Viewing Invoices

All invoices are available in **Settings** > **Billing** > **Invoices**.

Invoice Details

  • Invoice number
  • Billing period
  • Line items
  • Tax (if applicable)

Download Options

  • PDF
  • CSV

Tax Information

Adding Tax ID

  1. Go to **Settings** > **Billing**
  2. Click **"Tax Information"**
  3. Enter your VAT/GST/Tax ID
  4. Save

Tax Exemption

Contact support with exemption certificate.
